Ms. Watson has been selling commercial real estate for over 10 years. Although she has been involved in the sale of apartments, retail and industrial properties, she specializes in the sale of self storage. Over the years Ms. Watson has worked to grow the National Self Storage Group at Marcus and Millichap to 40 self storage specialists nationwide. This network of co-broking agents all focus on maximizing value for clients of self storage, producing above market results. The National Self Storage Group at Marcus & Millichap sold $117 Million of self storage nationwide in 2009. Ms. Watson served on the board of directors for the Arizona Self Storage Association as Chairman of the District Liaison Program. She also serves on the board of directors for the Nevada Self Storage Association as Vice President and Chairman of their membership. Ms. Watson earned a finance degree and graduated with honors.
