Greg Welsh, Sr. is the Director of Operations for StorageOne and currently oversees the operations of 25 facilities in the Las Vegas Valley. Greg has over 14 years experience in the storage industry, starting from humble beginnings as a relief manager and quickly moving up to eventually become the Director of Operations. During his tenure in this position, Greg has directed the opening activity and management of over 40 new self storage facilities in Nevada, California and Arizona.

Mr. Welsh has held a Nevada Real Estate license, specializing in Commercial Property Management, for the past 8 years and serves on the executive board of the Nevada Self Storage Association. In addition, he also serves on the Green Valley Ranch (Henderson NV) Home Owners Association board where he in charge of Architectural Reviews.

Prior to joining Westar, Inc, the parent company of StorageOne, Greg served our country and is a retired Technical Sergeant (TSGT) in the Air Force. He also served as the Director of Human Relations Education & Equal Opportunity and Treatment for Nellis Air Force Base from 1990-1995.

Mr. Welsh has been a resident of Nevada for over 21 years and is very versed in the local real estate and self storage market.
